  • Barra Beach (EGPR): Unique in the world, flight ops here are dictated by the tide. The sand surface is firm but uneven. Keep your speed up on the T&G and watch for deep water patches.
  • High Terrain on Skye: The approach into Broadford (EGEI) places you near the towering Cuillin mountain range. Downdrafts and mechanical turbulence can be severe here.
